With 18 + years of success working directly for and with companies such as Suncor, Cenovus  Energy, Ausenco Sandwell Engineering and the ClearStream Energy, Nicole has worked as safety representative in the field, safety  manager for the various construction teams and projects as well as a Superintendent on the Trans Mountain Pipeline. 

I have worked in commissioning stages, shutdown and start up stages on major plant sites. I have gained experience and detailed knowledge in numerous industries including oil & gas, power generation/ distribution & transmission, heavy industrial, underground utility, civil earth works, slope stabilization, open pit and underground mining  as well as Pipelines. 

Effectively communicating and managing HSE issues at all levels across  projects. Employing a behavior-based safety approach to ensure  accurate tracking and trending are analyzed and communicated with workers, management and  client while integrating proactive measures for incident prevention. 

Advanced understanding of  provincial health and safety regulations, guidelines, policies & WCB acts, Resources Canada  explosives act and regulations, safety, and reclamation code for mines in British Columbia. 

Extensive experience in working with WCB, claims management, WCAT appeals process, and the  return to work program. I have also dealt with ISNetworld, Picsauditing (Avetta), Comply- works  and BROWZ compliance companies.
